Truffle Season! On the Road with @truffledealer, Whinonah Ceo

Captar was on the road this week with Whinonah Ceo, aka The Truffle Dealer.

Whinonah is the knowledge bank on all things truffles and has an enviable client list. They come to her for her honesty, integrity and incredible truffles. I learnt a lot myself following her. She is such a genuine soul, and has such a fabulous relationship with those she works with. Truffle season is June to end of August/ mid September in Australia and during that time Whinonah is super busy making sure all her clients regularly receive truffles for their delectable creations.
